Food Technology Research Journal (abbreviated as FTRJ) is a peer reviewed journal which is an official publication of Food Technology Research Institute, ARC-Egypt. The journal is an applied science of Food Technology and provides what aspects are important in this field.
The journal publishes four times a year (March, June, September and December) and covers different topics of Food technology:
- Manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by our scientific reviewers and the editorial board evaluates articles in accordance with the standards of the subject, ethics guidelines.
- In addition to original research articles, the journal publishes reviews, mini-reviews, letters to the editor, short communications, Abstracts and Case studies.
