Aims and Scope

Food Technology Research Journal (abbreviated as FTRJ) is a peer-reviewed journal which is an official publication of Food Technology Research Institute, ARC-Egypt. The journal is an applied science of Food Technology and provides what aspects are important in this field.

The journal publishes two times a year (March and September) and covers different topics of Food technology:

Manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by our scientific reviewers and the editorial board evaluates articles in accordance with the standards of the subject, ethics guidelines

In addition to original research articles, the journal publishes reviews, mini-reviews, and letters to the editor, short communications, Abstracts, and Case studies.
