ood Technology Research Journal (abbreviated as FTRJ) is a peer reviewed journal which is an official publication of Food Technology Research Institute, ARC-Egypt. The journal is an applied science of Food Technology and provides what aspects are important in this field.

Manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by our scientific reviewers and the editorial board evaluates articles in accordance with the standards of the subject, ethics guidelines.

In addition to original research articles, the journal publishes reviews, mini-reviews, letters to the editor, short communications, Abstracts and Case studies.
