Food Technology Research Journal is an open-access scientific journal regularly issued by the Scientific Society of Food Technology (four issues per year). The journal publishes review articles, original research papers, and case studies focusing on food science and technology, nutrition, microbiology, nanotechnology applications, and environmental issues related to the food industry. The journal is published by the Food Technology Research Institute, affiliated with the Agricultural Research Center (ARC).
